Customer Support Representative
Position Summary
Mainly responsible for customer order and purchasing order management, daily communication with internal supply chain and external customer/business partner on quotation, lead time. shipment, recognition, etc. Also, take the role of office administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities on Sales Operation -90%
- Quote to customer through the ERP software system, processes inquires, order, and requests received from domestic and international customers by mail, telephone, fax, EDI, or company employee.
- Update lead time, shipment and other necessary which customer needs via regular or daily communication/meeting.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of company products, customer requirements, and company procedures and practices relating to pricing, accounting, terms and conditions, and shop practices.
- Coordinates appropriate records and logs, consults on credit matters, and prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales activities in region.
- Handles customer contacts in such a manner that there is continuous customer confidence in the Company, its products, its personnel, and its policies.
- Demonstrates proficiency with the ERP software and all modules pertaining to the correct and timely processing of work functions.
- Maintain supplier registration system in EPC/DI/Customer for bidding and supplier certification.
- Prepare bidding documents with Customer support engineer, sales manager and other team members for capital and parts.
- Regular reporting to HQ as requested
Duties and Responsibilities on Office Admin.-10%
- Liaison with landlord on property management, cleaning, water, electricity, etc.
- Office and warehouse daily supply
- Liaison with IT form HQ to ensure the necessary support got for daily operation for Beijing office.
Education Requested
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related.
Skills/Experience Requested
- 2 years' experience in order management MNC in industrial products (parts, consumable goods) sales and distribution requested.
- Knowledge of selling process; marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated working attitude expected
- Proactive teamwork spirit
- Must be PC proficient with Windows and networked systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- ERP Experience, SF and Kingdee would be a plus
