The Logistics and Warehouse Manager oversees the organization's distribution, shipping, and warehousing operations. Responsible for achieving company objectives for cost savings, operational efficiencies, and process development to advance the objectives set by the executive team. The ability to multi- task, prioritize demands, and see projects through from beginning to end, in a fast-paced environment, is essential to success. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for the execution of In-bound and Out-bound Logistics operations for TerraSource Global from and to the Belleville manufacturing facility.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule a warehouse and delivery staff to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions.
• This role will serve as the main SME for all Logistics and Warehouse activities for TerraSource Global worldwide activities.
• Position is customer to purchasing department but manager of Inventory; therefore, position must have excellent knowledge / experience in Good Inventory Management principles.
• Documented history of relevant & implemented continuous improvement initiatives in Logistic and Warehouse areas. Must be action biased!
• Individual will ensure that all operations are executed within required SLAs.
• Sets clear goals and expectations for the operation and staff. Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds leaders accountable.
• Generate and provide key insight into Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI and Forecasting reports.
• Support Parcel shipping operation by establishing capacities and lead-times, closely monitoring each event milestone.
